In order to check the availability of an item, search or browse the site and select the product that interests you and click on it. This will result in one of two things:

It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is out of stock for online purchase, in which case it will be marked "out of stock".

On the “checkout” page, check your order items are correct. Add your contact information, shipping address and marketing communication opt-in preferences, then add your billing address and payment details. Please check the order summary to confirm all information in your order is correct and then click "pay now".
If your payment is successful and your order has been received by Dior, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website. You will also immediately be sent an order confirmation & receipt email to the email address you entered when you placed your order.
We have a selection of Dior favourites, new products and best-selling fragrance, makeup and skincare products online. If the product you would like to purchase is not available on shop.dior.th or you would like to purchase these items in-store, please check “Store Locator” for your nearest Dior Beauty Boutique or Dior Beauty Counter.
If you are ready to complete your order on shop.dior.co.th, once you are at Checkout you can opt-in and register your membership. You will immediately be signed up and start to be contacted by Parfums Christian Dior.
For all orders placed on our shop.dior.co.th website, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order. You can also get a hard copy of your receipt inserted inside your parcel.
Payment for purchases on shop.dior.co.th can be made using Visa or MasterCard.

Your order confirmation number is printed at the top of the order confirmation & receipt email that was sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order on the shop.dior.co.th website. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Junk E-mail or promotion folders.
To check on shop.dior.co.th, log in to My Account then click on my orders. You will then be able to find your order and order confirmation number.
If your payment is successful and your order has been received by Dior, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website after you place your order. You will also be immediately sent an order confirmation & receipt email to the email address you entered when you placed your order.
Log in to My Account on shop.dior.co.th then click on "my orders". You will then be able to follow the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number to track your order.
Cancelled Orders: the order has been cancelled due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.
Pending Orders: payment for the order has not been finalised. Please contact customer service for assistance of your order
In Preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.
Shipping: your order has been shipped. You will receive a SMS with your tracking information.
Completed: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online.
If you placed your order via shop.dior.co.th, log in to My Account then click on "my orders". You will then be able to follow the status of your order.
If you do not receive your package within 3 -7 working days, please contact SCG Express at 02-239-8999.
shop.dior.co.th orders are shipped via SCG Express to Thailand addresses only. Orders placed on the shop.dior.co.th website cannot be shipped internationally. Orders place on the shop.dior.co.th website cannot be collected directly from a Dior Beauty Boutique or a Dior Beauty Counter.

All Parfums Christian Dior Online Boutique orders must be signed for on delivery. If you’re not available to receive your package upon delivery, SCG Express contact you make alternative arrangements. Please contact SCG Express at 02-239-8999 should you need to enquire about your package delivery.
Processing the Return
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your Dior purchase, complimentary returns are offered within 7 working days of the delivery date.
All returns must be sent back to the Dior online distribution center within 7 working days of contacting Dior Beauty Customer Service. Partial and full refunds for online orders can be processed by Dior.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items in your order must be returned to Dior by filling in the Returns Form with a picture of returned goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be assessed by Dior Beauty Customer Service and we will contact you to arrange for the refund.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Dior Online Boutique - shop.dior.co.th website. For purchases made in-store at a Dior Beauty Counter or a Dior Beauty Boutique please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain a return.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.

2) Complete the Necessary Documentation
Our Dior Beauty Customer Service will instruct you to fill-in the online Return Form and request a picture of the damaged or unusable product. Our Dior Beauty Customer Service will confirm your pickup date and send SCG Express to pick up your return parcel.
3) Processing the Return
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of the returned items.
Go to shop.dior.co.th to My Account. At the login screen click “Forgot Password”, enter the email address you used to create your account, and a Reset Password email and link will be sent to you to reset your password. Alternatively, contact Customer Service to assist you.
